We had Superheat Electrical install a SmartVent system in our home, upgrade our electrical switchboard from fuses to circuit breakers, and deep clean our heat pump. Paul and his team did an excellent job! The team was incredibly efficient and professional, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. Highly recommend their services. 👍👍

Very professional staff and the heatpump was cleaned and serviced well. The staff explained the settings of the heatpump to maximize heating the home. Will definitely recommend Superheat.

Superheat is an absolutely an amazing company with excellent staff & customer service. Had a quick response & had the issue sorted asap. You can call up Kristine who is absolutely fantastic to deal with. I 100% recommend them for any Heat Pump & Electrical issues.

Five Stars!! Due to the layout of the kitchen, I needed a unique solution for adding additional ventilation, ducted to the outside through the ceiling cavity. The communications was fabulous all round. The team arrived right on time for the walk-through and initial assessment, quote received the next day. The quote came in as very fair. The job was scheduled and completed within a couple of days, and I was invoiced as per the quote, no surprises which was great. Workmanship is great. I will definitely hold on this contact for any future needs. Clearly I recommend.

We have worked closely with Superheat Electrical since I bought the Childcare Centre nearly 2 years ago as we have multiple heatpumps of different brands and ages across the Centre.
As well as ensuring the comfort of our children and staff, having the correct temperature for our children is a licensing requirement by the Ministry Of Education and has to be measured and recorded on a daily basis. Regular servicing is very important but it has to work around our operating hours so it is not disruptive to the business.
This is where Paul, Kristine and the team at Superheat Electrical are great to work with, taking the time to understand our requirements and schedule accordingly. They ensure the cleanliness of wherever they have been working so there is no trace of where they have been.
Likewise if there are any problems with the heatpumps, they are only a phone call away and respond quickly to make sure we are sorted as soon as possible. They go the extra mile with practical advice when we have any operating or programming issues - usually caused by new staff needing upskilling.
