Great service and support from Paul and the team. We had wanted a ventilated air system for our older home for some time. We choose a Mitsubishi Lossnay system. It had to go underfloor as we have vaulted ceilings. It was quite a tricky job to get into the underfloor space and required rigid insulated ducting to protect from animals. The guys did a great job with the ducts and insulation - they have a lot of experience with HVAC in commercial premises which really helped out here. The system was properly commissioned and met design air flows. The system was completed mid winter and made an immediate difference - we have had no condensation on windows since then and the house is dry and warmer. I would thoroughly recommend Superheat and particularly where the installation is more complex than normal.

Five Stars!! Due to the layout of the kitchen, I needed a unique solution for adding additional ventilation, ducted to the outside. The communications was fabulous all round. The team arrived right on time for the initial assessment, quote received the next day. The quote came in as very fair. The job was scheduled and completed within a couple of days, and I was invoiced as per the quote, no surprises which was great. Workmanship is great. We have worked closely with Superheat Electrical since I bought the Childcare Centre nearly 2 years ago as we have multiple heatpumps of different brands and ages across the Centre.
As well as ensuring the comfort of our children and staff, having the correct temperature for our children is a licensing requirement by the Ministry Of Education and has to be measured and recorded on a daily basis. Regular servicing is very important but it has to work around our operating hours so it is not disruptive to the business.
This is where Paul, Kristine and the team at Superheat Electrical are great to work with, taking the time to understand our requirements and schedule accordingly. They ensure the cleanliness of wherever they have been working so there is no trace of where they have been.
Likewise if there are any problems with the heatpumps, they are only a phone call away and respond quickly to make sure we are sorted as soon as possible. They go the extra mile with practical advice when we have any operating or programming issues - usually caused by new staff needing upskilling.
