Heatpump Warranty Policy

At Superheat Electrical Limited, we take pride in the quality of our heat pump installation and service. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing reliable solutions for your heating and cooling needs. To demonstrate our confidence in our workmanship and the products we use, we offer the following warranty policy:

1. Installation Warranty

We provide five years warranty on the installation of your heat pump system. This warranty covers any defects in the installation process, including workmanship and materials. If any issues arise due to improper installation, we will take responsibility for rectifying the problem at no additional cost to you.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

In addition to our installation warranty, your heat pump system may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers potential defects in the heat pump unit itself. The terms and duration of the manufacturer’s warranty may vary depending on the specific product and brand. We will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty and assist you with any warranty claims you may need to make.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

We want to make sure you have the best experience with our products, which is why we offer warranty. However, there are a few exclusions that may cause the warranty to become void. In such cases, we may need to charge a service fee and the cost of any necessary parts.

Additionally, any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, pests, animals, pets, insects, or the entry of foreign objects or matter into the product, such as dirt, debris, soot, or moisture, will not be covered.
  • Installation and External Electrical Wiring: If it is found that there is no fault with the product and the issue is related to the installation or is due to faulty or incorrect external electrical wiring, incorrect power supply, voltage fluctuations, or electromagnetic interference not originating within the equipment, the warranty will not cover it.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or deterioration of external surfaces or refrigeration coils caused by normal weathering or corrosive atmospheric conditions will not be covered.
  • Relocation of Equipment: If the equipment is re-installed at a location other than the original location, the warranty will no longer be applicable.
