Borrow more than $5,000, and Kiwibank will contribute up to $2,000 over four years towards the cost of your system. They also waive the home loan top-up fee for existing home loan customers (Green Homes New Zealand).

Westpac

Westpac’s Greater Choices Loan offers up to $50,000 interest-free for five years for energy-efficient home upgrades, including:

Heat pumps, insulation, double glazing
Ventilation systems, wood burners, solar power systems and batteries
Hybrid and electric vehicles, EV chargers

Great service and support from Paul and the team. We had wanted a ventilated air system for our older home for some time. We choose a Mitsubishi Lossnay system. It had to go underfloor as we have vaulted ceilings. It was quite a tricky job to get into the underfloor space and required rigid insulated ducting to protect from animals. The guys did a great job with the ducts and insulation - they have a lot of experience with HVAC in commercial premises which really helped out here. The system was properly commissioned and met design air flows. The system was completed mid winter and made an immediate difference - we have had no condensation on windows since then and the house is dry and warmer. I would thoroughly recommend Superheat and particularly where the installation is more complex than normal.
